This project, implemented under the ownership of Iba Kimya, one of Turkey’s leading paint companies, is located at Birlik OSB 1st Street No:3, Aydınlı Neighborhood, Tuzla, Istanbul. Situated in the heart of the organized industrial zone, the facility stands out with its strategic location, proximity to a strong transportation network, and structure compatible with the industrial infrastructure.

The project, with a total enclosed area of 4,000 m², includes warehouse and production areas designed to support modern logistics activities, as well as a management building integrated with contemporary office equipment. The project aims to increase operational efficiency and respond to corporate needs at the maximum level.

Developed in line with high engineering standards, the structure has been planned with advanced building safety principles and constructed with consideration for durability, functionality, and aesthetic values.
