Çelik İba Logistics Facility is a modern logistics complex located on Ayasofya Street in Hadımköy, Istanbul, situated on a 7,810 m² land area, designed to A+ class standards in accordance with international norms.

The facility provides uninterrupted service through 4 loading doors with an architecture that prioritizes operational efficiency, and its functional planning responds to sectoral needs at a high level.

The building’s earthquake-resistant system is composed of high-ductility reinforced concrete shear walls and high-ductility moment frame system. The design aims to provide immediate occupancy performance at the DD1 earthquake level.

Within the scope of load-bearing system details; the basement floor above the foundation has a load capacity of 20 tons/m², the ground floor 5 tons/m², and the 1st floor 3.5 tons/m². With these features, the facility provides a durable infrastructure suitable for heavy loads and intense operations.
