The villas were built with works progressing simultaneously; after excavation and the reinforced concrete structure, the roof and façade works were completed.
Once the mechanical and electrical installations and interior works were finished, the villas were handed over to the client ready for use. Repeating the same details in every villa ensured consistent execution across the development.
