The Çelik İnşaat Management Building is being built on Ulus Street in the Suadiye neighborhood of Kadıköy, the district at the heart of the company’s real estate development activities. Located 80 meters from Bağdat Avenue, the building comprises three basement levels, a ground floor and three upper floors, with a construction area of 2,600 m².
