Çelik İnşaat develops residential and commercial real estate projects, primarily in Kadıköy, and takes part in urban regeneration projects.

Construction Contracting
Çelik İnşaat provides contracting services for data centers, industrial facilities, healthcare buildings, commercial buildings and infrastructure projects.
It carries out work ranging from design and engineering to procurement, construction and commissioning according to the scope of the project it undertakes; operation and maintenance services are included in this process depending on the project scope.
Engineering & Project Management

Design, engineering, procurement and construction under one roof
In its EPC services, Çelik İnşaat coordinates design, engineering, procurement and construction under a single project management approach. Depending on the scope of the project undertaken, commissioning, operation and maintenance are also included in this structure.
Technical requirements are carried through consistently from design to implementation. Procurement and supply decisions are made by evaluating quality, cost and the work schedule together.
During implementation, quality, occupational health and safety and environmental responsibility are observed. Coordination between the different disciplines supports the project’s progress in line with its time and budget targets.
